We would ask guests to respect the fact that all our rooms are no-smoking rooms.

We regretfully do not allow children under the age of 13.

We regretfully do not allow pets at the guesthouse.

Rooms are available from 2 PM on the day you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can use the lounge or swimming pool right away. Please vacate your room by 11:30 AM on the day you leave.

If cancelled 7 days before arrival: Forfeit 100% of Total payment.
If cancelled 14 days before arrival: Forfeit 75% of Deposit payment.
If cancelled 21 days before arrival: Forfeit 50% of Deposit payment.
